Do I need an account to view listings?

You do not need an account or a listing subscription to view details about the listings on the site.  You will, however, need to register an account to be able to submit inquiries for individual properties.

How do I get Information about a listing?

At the bottom of each listing details page, there is a Contact Seller form. When you submit the form, an email is sent directly to the seller with your contact information.  If you already have an account, please login before attempting to complete the form.  Once logged in, the form auto-populates and you simply click Submit.  If you have not registered an account, fill in the Contact Seller form to create your account and submit your inquiry.

How long does it take to get a response to my inquiry?

Each listing inquiry may be sent to a different seller.  Each seller handles their inquiries differently, so response times can vary.  If you have submitted multiple inquiries on a specific property without getting a response or have received no response in 48 hours, you can contact info@hotelsforsale.com.   We will be happy to reach out to the seller on your behalf.

How do I create a new listing?

Creating a listing is simple with just 3 easy steps:

  1. Register an account
  2. Purchase your ideal listing package
  3. Create and publish your listing

 

 

How are subscription payments handled?

For your security, all transactions are handled through PayPal.  If you don’t have a PayPal account, you’ll have the option to create one (recommended) or complete your transaction as a guest.

I just paid for my subscription, but it's no showing in my account. What happened?

It can take several seconds for your account to fully update once your payment is made.  If you don’t see your payment reflected immediately, don’t worry.  Depending on the speed of your internet connection, it can take up to a minute for your account to completely update.  Refresh your screen a couple of times and check your email (be sure to check your spam folder).  You should receive a confirmation that your subscription processed successfully.  You can also check for the transaction in your PayPal account.  If you did not receive an email or after checking that, your account still hasn’t updated, contact info@hotelsforsale.com so we can resolve the issue.

I've created my listing, but I don't see it on the site. What happened?

Be sure you’ve changed your listing from Draft to Published in the status field of the create listing input form.  This field defaults to Draft to avoid accidentally publishing your listing before you’re completely satisfied with it.

Does my listing disappear when I cancel my subscription?

Your listing will remain active until the end of your subscription period.  If you’ve sold your hotel and don’t want it to appear any longer, go to My Listings, Edit Listing and change the listing status from Published to Draft.
