The revenue from accommodation comes from twenty rooms, the revenue from tourist tours comes from commissions, the auditorium can accommodate up to 40 seats it is rented for corporate seminars and the revenue from food & beverages comes from a restaurant and a pool bar with 40 seats, both can be rented to third parties. The building includes an owners’ apartment with three bedrooms, a large loft-style living room, and a modern fully equipped kitchen.
